Use: As intermediate for cationic dyes; for the synthsis of cationic red X-GRL etc.; also used for the synthesis of trapymin etc.It is a widely used organic synthesis intermediate and a special biochemical reagent for tryptophan content in human protein. Because of its strong chelation, photosensitivity and biological activity, it is widely used in the synthesis and preparation of antibiotics, triazoles, photosensitive materials, internal fungicides and plant growth regulators.
synthetic method:It can be obtained by cyclization of hydrazine hydrate, cyanamide and formic acid, or by reaction of aminoguanidine bicarbonate and formic acid, and then by heating cyclization; it can also be obtained by reaction of guanidine nitrate with acetic acid for 8h at 5-15 ℃, then with oxalic acid, and finally by reflux for 5h.
First aid measures for 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole pesticide poisoning poisoning symptoms: slight irritation and low systemic poisoning. Emergency treatment: at present, there is no antidote.
