(2) From the reaction of methyl isothiourea sulfate and hydrazine hydrate, 119ml 42% hydrazine hydrate solution was diluted with equal volume of water, and then it was added to 139g of methyl isothiourea sulfate in 200ml aqueous solution at a temperature of 10 ℃. The methyl mercaptan released from the reaction is absorbed into the sodium hydroxide solution.
